Ohioans Celebrate National Consumer Protection Week

Teaching Ohioans how to spot consumer scams will be the focus of Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine’s office in recognition of National Consumer Protection Week (March 1-7). It’s important to protect our identities and avoid scams all year long, but National Consumer Protection Week is a special time to raise consumer awareness from coast to coast. Almost every day, the Ohio Attorney General’s Office receives reports from consumers who have lost hundreds or thousands of dollars to scams, and we know that the best way to combat consumer scams is through education. Continue Reading >
